Aomatsu first opened its door in 1996 at the current location Corvallis, OR with the vision to introduce the Asian cuisine to the Corvallis and surrounding communities as well as become a place of comfort for students studying abroad. The current owners are Joo Hyung Kim. Under their business philosophy of providing superior service and product, Aomatsu continues to strive to be the number one Asian restaurant in the community. We offers authentic Japanese, Korean food and a complete sushi bar, Korean BBQ Grill, as well as cuisine from numerous Asian cultures to suit virtually every palate.
