AO CMF Information

AO CMF is a multispecialty community, established in 1974, consisting of a worldwide network of clinicians from the fields of oral and maxillofacial surgery, plastic surgery, ENT, head and neck surgery, ophthalmology, and neurosurgery. Alongside its strong focus on education, AO CMF key activities lie in the areas of community development, research and development, and the TK (Technical Commission) system. AO CMF educational offerings are varied and numerous: while face-to-face educational events remain the most important offering, the field of online learning is advancing quickly and has become very popular. The AO CMF fellowship program, under the guidance of AO experts, provides a gateway to the worldwide AO CMF network. It offers a unique opportunity for surgeons to advance their training and gain expertise in the entire scope of CMF surgical procedures. The AO CMF member community enjoys a broad recognition, with over 3,300 members coming together as an active forum.
