Anthroposophical Society Information

The Goetheanum, located in Dornach near Basel, Switzerland serves as the center of the worldwide Anthroposophical Society and the seat of the School of Spiritual Science. There are diverse activities connected to the work of Rudolf Steiner in biodynamic agriculture, alternative medicine, Waldorf pedagogy, the arts and architecture, social financing and banking, businesses and social enterprises in over 80 countries. With approximately 70000 visitors annually, nearly 200 conferences of varying sizes, and a diverse offering of cultural events, the Goetheanum is dedicated to serving the spirit of the time with a thoughtful, human- oriented approach that can respond to the manifold and pressing inner and outer questions of the day.
