Antegrate Information

Antegrate is a principal-led software engineering consultancy for business-critical systems that have become expensive, risky or slow to change. Releases are risky. Integrations keep breaking. Small changes require touching half the system. Critical knowledge lives in one person's head. Antegrate helps companies untangle, modernize and extend that software — without blindly rewriting everything. Three kinds of work, all aimed at the cost of change: • Legacy Modernization — make a system that still runs the business safe to change again. • Systems Integration — build the connections between systems, and a boundary later integrations can reuse. • Custom Business Systems — build the system the business actually needs, when the process runs on spreadsheets and institutional memory. The entry point is the Technical Systems Assessment: a three-week diagnosis of why a system has become expensive to change, with a sequenced plan for what to do about it — including what should not be rewritten. Technical ownership stays with Dorian Ben Haim throughout each engagement, from discovery to final acceptance. https://antegrate.com
