Be The Change Project (BTCP) under Teach For India Project Antarmaan Purpose/Impact : Project Antarmaan is the brainchild of Teach For India Fellows to address life skills among students attending government schools. The project's objective is to empower children emotionally, mentally, physically, and academically and ensure Continuous and Comprehensive Education for Co-Scholastic Skills: Life Skills. Project Antarmaan aims students to: - Think critically, creatively, make decisions and solve problems (Creative & Critical Thinking) - Clarify and analyze values (Effective Communication & Interpersonal skills) - Communicate including listening, build empathy, be assertive and negotiate (Decision making & Problem solving) - Cope with emotions and stress (Stress & emotions management) - Be self-aware and feel empathy with others (Self Awareness & Empathy) (Note: The project is focusing on a life skills defined by WHO)
