Answer the Call Information

Answer the Call™ is getting America's brightest minds working on our biggest problems. The next generation is ready to get to work on finding solutions to our country’s biggest policy challenges — but they lack a clear pathway to careers in public service. Through our leadership programs and events, we are removing barriers to careers in policy and public service by equipping future leaders with the skills and resources they need to make an impact. Our leadership programs act as career accelerators by providing advanced leadership training, professional development, and networking opportunities to college students from across the country. We fast-track their careers by clearing many of the logistical and financial barriers associated with public service. Our events prepare young leaders for impactful careers and act as models for productive dialogue. They feature conversations with thought leaders from a wide range of fields, including business, politics, entertainment, and sports. Many of them are 180 degrees from each other, but in talking things out, they demonstrate how we can all find common ground. Answer the Call is a leadership program of Across the Aisle™, a nonpartisan, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that provides young Americans with opportunities to learn, lead, and find bipartisan solutions to our country's biggest challenges.
