Anova Capital Management combines private equity investing with active engagement in the strategy and operations of our portfolio companies. Based in Los Angeles, we specialize in working with small and medium sized companies who desire an "on-the-ground" partner to jointly explore and realize value creation opportunities. Co-founded by two former McKinsey & Company consultants, Anova's approach is predicated on the belief that good ideas coupled with superior execution are the key ingredients for growing earnings and thus creating value.
