Another Way was founded by Simon Farrell in January 2025. Simon spent most of his career in brand, marketing, and strategy agencies. He co-owned and led one of the UK's most awarded brand agencies, which, at one point, held more creative and effectiveness awards at the same time than any other design agency in the UK. He left the world of brand and marketing to start a consultancy that helped business leaders find more purposeful and conscious ways of doing business. As a B Leader (someone trained to take businesses through the B Corp certification process), Scotland Can B Ambassador, and Edinburgh Can B Member, he’s committed to the idea of using business as a force for good and helping Scotland move closer to its intended goal of becoming a well-being economy. In recent years, he’s become increasingly interested in the role that spirituality could play in helping people, businesses, and economies shift from purely financial goals to broader well-being goals. This comes as a direct result of his own transformational experience of spirituality and the 12-Step Program of Recovery. His first book, The Habits of Happiness, is the first step in bringing this idea to life. The goal of the book is to help people who are currently struggling with the stress of modern life, especially those in business who might reject spirituality, by introducing them to the transformational power of spiritual concepts and practices. The more people in business who have experienced the benefits personally, the more likely that spiritual concepts and practices will be embraced within businesses and the broader economy. He has started a new venture, Another Way, as a vehicle to explore and promote this idea further. You can find out more at www.another-way.uk
