From the planning, programming, design, construction document phase through the plan check and /or DSA approval and bidding process through construction and occupancy, the management of each project from beginning to end is systematic and documented to minimize and avoid potential delays and / or claims. We will check and confirm with the Architect that the construction documents are complete and accurate prior to bid and award of contracts, which will also minimize changes during construction and get the project completed on time. It is paramount for us to manage the process and advise the Owner or District that each project is: Buildable within the timeframe required for completion. Plans and specifications are complete and ready to bid. Final budget is real with contingencies, allowances and alternates in place. Contractors are pre-screened, and all bids reviewed to ensure entire scope is covered. Tools are in place in the general conditions to protect the Owner and / or District.
