Anjara Information

Anjara is a Slack/Teams app that uses emojis, personalized surveys and sentiment analysis to track well-being and people issues for remote teams. Team members are polled through a lightweight and personalized approach: they only need one click of an emoji to answer a survey question, but can provide more information by answering a personalized follow up question if they so choose. That way, every voice has the space to be heard within a team and an organization's culture. Managers receive nudges based on survey responses with insights specific to each team member to prepare for 1:1s, get a sense of how everyone on the team is doing, and take action based on feedback.
