Animal Vision Care & Surgical Center (AVCSC) is a veterinary referral hospital specializing in diseases and surgery of the eye. Dr. Noelle McNabb is a board-certified veterinary ophthalmologist and the founder and owner of AVCSC. She has been a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists (DACVO) for over 17 years, with advanced training and expertise in the treatment of cataracts, glaucoma, corneal grafting, eye trauma, eyelid reconstruction, tear abnormalities, and inflammatory eye diseases. All animal species are treated including dogs, cats, horses and many smaller pets including rabbits, reptiles and birds.
