Whether it's white goods, automotive chassis, BIW, brackets, electrical contactor, or Aerospace hot work, we can cater for it. Our mission: To provide cost effective press tooling solutions in the shortest possible time. Types of parts include treadplate/entry plate, automotive BIW, chassis components, clutch plates and covers, drawn tailpipes, stainless steel brackets, dual phase crash structure, trip steels, aluminium and nickel aerospace alloy panels. We have experience with high spec tool steels, powder tool steels, coatings and very importantly, we are very experienced in applying FEA simulation to pressed processes.
