Angie's World Information

Angie's World - where personal training and nutrition meet - was established in the summer of 2001. Angie Lustrick started her business after she learned how to regain her own health back. In 2000, Angie was out of shape and suffered from hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). Her doctor told her that she would have diabetes in five years if she didn't start to exercise and eat properly. Angie got motivated and hired a personal trainer and entered a national transformation competition. In three months, Angie had transformed her body and felt great. She won the competition, out of 30,000 contestants! At that point, Angie knew that her purpose in life was to help others achieve their own health and fitness goals. In the beginning, the company was called Angie Lustrick's TotallyFit Program. But over time, her clients would say things like, "In Angie's world you eat like this. and "In Angie's world you exercise like that. The name stuck and in 2005, she changed the business name to: Angie's World. Angie is also an international speaker for the CHEK Institute. She teaches Holistic Lifestyle Coach where you learn how to balance your thoughts, your breath, your foods, your exercise, and sleep patterns. Angie also is an energy worker where she uses ancient shamanic techniques and practices to re-establish wholeness in a person.
