Anger Alternatives is an educational program to re-direct anger. Anger is healthy and it is normal response to something that is not OK. The anger related behavior is the challenge. Using the Medol Model©, we teach tools to STOP REACTIONARY BEHAVIOR and SELF-SILENCING and accept, interpret and redirect the anger by separating the anger feelings from anger related behaviors. Anger Alternatives is an educational program for people who want to lead a life without violence and abuse, and want to learn to cope with their anger. We are committed to teaching people to stop reacting to anger, and replace destructive habits with positive behaviors.
