Anexa Information

Anexa is a senior advisory practice for AI integration in professional service firms, run by Charles Wan. I work with managing partners and firm leaders at accounting, law, engineering, architecture and advisory firms across North America. Engagements start with understanding the business: mapping workflows, identifying where AI creates measurable value, and building an execution roadmap. From there, implementation runs in staged, incremental changes that are easy to adapt and non-disruptive. The goal is AI that strengthens the business without adding complexity.
