Andy Werner and his team showed us a number of very nice homes for rent and we were on the verge of picking a home and lease, when he raised the discussion (again) of rent versus owning. After crunching the numbers with him and looking at how long we would be remaining in this area, we opted to explore a purchase. We started all over with our hunt for a home and ultimately settled for a townhouse in Montgomery Village. Guiding us to a great mortgage specialist, Charles Clapper, we obtained exceptional financing and a mortgage that was less than our potential rental - and we ended up in a nicer home and community.
