A Psychotherapist (LPC) by profession, Andrew has been described as Mentor, Coach, and Guide. He was described by the staff at FOX News as a "calming presence" in the midst of national crisis during the September 11th terrorist attack. When interviewed, several times by FOX News including the day after September 11th, Andrew said, " As a nation we need to move beyond our anger to heal. If we don't, we remain in bitterness, and we really don't heal." Andrew's 250 published articles in 15 newspapers over a five year period, as well as a contributing writer for Pulse Magazine, reflects his view that regardless of family history or life's circumstances, we posses unmistakable power deep within us that waits for our permission to assert itself. With his regular radio interviews for over three years, Andrew frequently spoke of the importance to risk living free from fear in work and relationships. While co-hosting his own radio program, he interviewed international authors and speakers, movie producers, and Scientists working together in presenting various views in living more fulfilled and abundant lives. In the process of writing his book,"Transforming Through Divorce", Andrew emphasizes that although divorce is characteristic of many losses, it contains one mysterious gift. Divorce is an opportunity to wake up from our repetitive script and become the Director of our life movie. Andrew teaches the principles of his book to Professional Counselors for CEU credit. Andrew is an Adjunct Instructor at Richland College teaching learning principles and strategies to college freshman. Andrew believes that learning is natural for all of us and takes little effort. For focused learning to take place, it needs to move beyond intellectual understanding moving within our emotional and behavioral system.
