Andrew S. Kubersky Information

Andrew Kubersky, ASA, has been a specialist for more than thirty years in the area of closely-held business valuations with emphasis in ESOP and stock option areas. One of the most experienced ESOP appraisers in the country, he has performed, reviewed, and supervised valuations and other financial opinions for hundreds of companies. He has valued all classes of common and preferred stock as well as other securities in a wide range of industries and is qualified as an expert witness on the valuation of closely-held companies and their securities. Over the last three decades Mr. Kubersky's technical articles on business valuations and ESOP valuation have been published in The Journal of Employee Ownership Law and Finance, The Business Valuation Review, and The ESOP Report. He is a contributing author of ESOP Valuation, published by the National Center for Employee Ownership, and taught Business Valuation at the Graduate School of Business of Golden Gate University. He is a frequent speaker in the area of his expertise before business and professional groups.
