Andrew Paine Architecture is a highly versatile (RIBA Chartered) architectural practice, offering architect services throughout the building design and construction process. We have experience in a wide range of sectors, including private houses, education, developer housing, commercial, industrial and transport and have worked on projects with construction values ranging from £10,000 to £500,000,000. Whether the effective translation of the brief into the final product, the achievement of value for money or an effective response to global issues such as sustainability, Andrew Paine Architecture is committed to high quality design while at the same time recognising the importance of strong project management, leadership and delivery skills. We have experience of design in a very wide range of sectors, and have worked directly with large-scale developers, small domestic clients, the public sector and education staff. While being driven to improve the built environment through inspired design, it is the importance of understanding the needs of clients, fellow consultants, contractors and the end-user that informs our working method. We are able to offer design services for new build, extension or conversion work and have been involved in award-winning and highly published work in all three typologies.
