Thanks to its 33 offices across the world, the Agency boasts an in-depth knowledge of the different tourist markets and their various distributors. Our Nordic and Baltic office is located in Copenhagen.
This expertise allows it to provide its 1,300 trade partners with tools on demand to help them better understand the industry and to carry out marketing and promotional operations based around destination brands.
More than 2,800 promotional operations are arranged in this way every year across the globe, targeting travel trade professionals (international travel operators, press and influencers) as well as the end-consumers. At the heart of this apparatus lies a powerful media tool, France.fr, available in 16 languages across 31 versions, with which travellers from all over the world can explore our collection of destinations and the French art-de-vivre.
Tourism and Convention Bureau of the city of Biarritz.
Biarritz is an exceptional destination located in the hearth of the Basque Country, right at a cultural crossroads. With two airports (Biarritz Airport conveniently near the city-center and only twenty minutes from San Sebastian Airport) Biarritz is connected to most of the main European cities and capitals.
The Madrid Convention Bureau is a non-profit organisation created by the City Council in collaboration with a group of public and private companies from the sector, with a view to promoting Madrid as a city capable of hosting national and international meetings and aiming to enable these events from a technical and institutional viewpoint. Now, the Bureau has been a department of Madrid Destino and currently groups some 200 members.
Madrid Convention Bureau places itself at the disposal of event, meeting or incentive trip planners to ensure that any sort of event staged in the city will be carried out smoothly and to promote the Spanish capital as a convention city.
The MCB provides assistance by:
Presenting candidacies with technical documentation adapted to every need, undertaking the necessary expenses to attract organisers.
Organising inspection visits to Madrid to show the organisers, in detail, what the city has to offer (covering the expenses derived from these trips).
Providing information on the city.
Facilitating contacts with the most suitable service providers for each case.
Providing publicity for the event (using material designed specifically for that purpose: posters, leaflets, videos, electronic screens).
Officially welcoming congress attendees, as well as providing participants with tourist documentation on Madrid.
