About us
Pachamama Group was set up in October 2014 with a mission to introduce exciting, diverse and playful dining concepts to the London restaurant scene. With the food at the core of the idea, Pachamama Group searches for and recruits up chefs and creative minds, giving them all of the space and resources they need to be innovative in the kitchen and beyond. Each restaurant concept is built to be a space where guests can enjoy the food of a different place, in an environment that takes them away from London.
To execute all our ideas, Pachamama Group is looking for chefs and creative minds that will join us and work with the existing framework, apply their innovative cooking skills to an idea and grow with us as we continue to progress both locally and internationally.
The world's food capital has an address in London.
LIMA brings the richness, diversity and contemporary spirit of Peru to the heart of London, with restaurants in Fitzrovia and Shoreditch.
Our cooking was built on encounter: Andean and Amazonian roots, shaped over generations by the Japanese, Chinese, Spanish and Italian communities who made Peru their home. The result is a cuisine that is precise, vibrant and layered—unmistakably Peruvian while embracing global influence.
Drawing from one of the most biodiverse larders on earth, our menus celebrate ingredients sourced from the Pacific coast, the high Andes and the Amazon. Guided by the seasons, we allow nature to lead, ensuring every dish reflects produce at its very best.
At LIMA, we combine exceptional ingredients, refined technique and warm hospitality to create memorable dining experiences that honour Peru's culinary heritage while looking confidently to its future.
Whether joining us in Fitzrovia or Shoreditch, guests can expect thoughtful service, contemporary Peruvian cuisine and a genuine celebration of one of the world's most exciting food cultures.
Our mission is to enrich people’s lives by introducing them to Peruvian culture. After a successful 15-year career in hospitality, music, entertainment and events, our founder Martin Morales began creating supper clubs and pop ups that eventually led to the opening of Ceviche Soho in 2012. Our pioneering restaurant became the first of its kind in the UK and introduced Peruvian cuisine to London and to many chefs, cooks and diners around the world. Today we have six beautiful restaurants within two distinct brands: Ceviche and Andina. Ceviche focuses on the dishes of Peru’s coast and its capital Lima, while Andina celebrates on the ancient cooking the Peruvian Andes.
Our Michelin-Guide listed restaurants are just the starting point: we also have a catering and events company; an art gallery at our Old St restaurant showcasing Peru’s top 50 contemporary artists; Tiger’s Milk Records, a music company releasing cutting edge Peruvian music; and we support the Amantani and Action Against Hunger charities, as well as playing an active role in sustainability and social welfare within our community.
But, of course, it does all come back to utterly delicious food. Our teams use the very best ingredients to make seasonal ceviches, hearty vegan stews, steak dishes like lomo saltado and the best cocktails in town. And because a meal is about more than what you’re eating and drinking, our food is served in a fun, laid-back atmosphere with great music.
