The Firm Andrew Chitembo Consultancy (AnChiCon) was registered on 15th November 2011 to create the required institutional framework for optimising the synergies and consolidating the increasingly diverse consultancy activities undertaken by the promoters individually and together in their personal capacities and in various associations with other consultants. Subsequently, due to increased business undertakings and opportunities, AnChiCon Limited, the firm, was registered as a company limited by shares in May 2016. Areas of Expertise AnChiCon has expertise in business and project planning and management; modelling business solutions, corporate governance, public policy development, corporate planning, corporate, development and public finance; ex-ante, baseline, interim, terminal and ex-post evaluations; socio-economic impact analysis, capacity development, development of technical materials (such as board charters, policies, operational & procedure manuals, technical training manuals etc.) organisational development, research, and, event management. AnChiCon has a diversity of associates covering various areas of expertise in addition to the in-house ones listed in our company profile and can mobilise and deploy these associates to suit the particular requirements of each assignment.
