But after interviewing hundreds of candidates and working in Data Analytics ourselves, we kept seeing the same problem. People knew the tools. Form hypotheses. Work with the data. And finally turn that analysis into a business decision. That's why we started Analytics Shiksha. We wanted to build a place that doesn't just teach people Data Analytics — it teaches them how to think like Data Analysts. But we discovered another problem along the way. A fresher, an IT Support professional switching careers, and someone already working as a Data Analyst shouldn't all be learning in exactly the same way. Their existing knowledge is different. Their gaps are different. And the jobs they're preparing for are different. So we built JoraIQ, our AI-powered personalized learning platform that identifies learning gaps and personalizes practice, assessments and real-world projects around each learner. Learners work on real-world business problems and personalized projects, applying analytics in contexts similar to what they'll eventually encounter at work. Then comes another challenge: turning what you've learned into a career outcome. We prepare learners through case studies, problem-solving rounds, projects and mock interviews.
