Mission: The company is conceived with a mission to provide innovative solutions to complex problems faced by the public and private sectors to inform its institutional decision-making that affects people’s welfare in society. Program Areas 1) Decision Making: Lab engages in customized analytics solutions for private and public sector organizations to inform organizational and policy-level decisions. We adopt creative data mining, management, analysis, and presentation techniques, helping organizations by unlocking hidden trends to influence decisions, ultimately improving efficiency and performance. 2) Public Opinion Survey: Lab's pool of expert resources has significant experience conducting large-scale public opinion surveys for private and public sector organizations. Our innovative research design provided high-quality data and insights into the public's perceptions, beliefs, and behaviours. 3) Monitoring & Evaluation: Our experts have vast international and national experience designing monitoring and evaluation frameworks for our clients in the private and public sectors. We have provided technical assistance to governments, corporations, and donor communities in assessing their impacts on local people's lives. Our experts' design impact evaluation studies using a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods. 4) Academic Research: The lab has over 100 experts in various fields exploring different facets of public discourse. One key component is its partnerships with the academia, capitalizing on outreach and growth of university research to strengthen collaboration and create synergies to affect public outcomes.
