Analytic Discovery LLC is an Information Technology consulting and services company. We apply methods of data analysis and data science to our clients needs in the areas of risk analysis, electronic discovery, litigation support, business intelligence, data mining, data warehousing, oil and gas property acquisitions and divestitures, and forensic analysis of electronic accounting and business records. We have considerable experience working with in-house counsel and outside counsel (attorneys) in the preservation and analysis of electronic records and appearing as 30(b)(6) witnesses on behalf of our clients in legal proceedings. We also work with outside counsel to help prepare our clients' own internal witnesses for depositions and assist counsel in researching and preparing responses to interrogatories and discovery requests.
