Analytic Data Solutions (ADS) is an IT solutions consulting company with a strong business orientation specializing in creating a comprehensive strategic roadmap (via planning assessments) and implementing Data Governance Programs. ADS applies industry best practices and guiding principles in all of its business solutions as well as leveraging existing technologies and processes ensuring that the client’s total investments are maximized and achieved. Here is a quick summary of ADS as we have evolved into two primary tracks: professional services and support products. Regarding professional services, ADS specializes in the following consulting disciplines: • Strategic & Tactical Planning Assessments – e.g., Data Warehouses, BI/Analytics, Metadata, Data Quality, Reference Data, & BI Center of Excellence • Data Governance Implementations – i.e., Assess and initiate the necessary framework to promote and execute a ‘data governance’ program • Data Modeling & Architecture Oversight – i.e., Assist in the actual development of analytic data models & architecture The second track, support products, is about a Metadata Repository tool as a means to better manage business metadata and acts as a dynamic management tool in a Data Governance setting. Using a ‘cloud technology’ platform and over two years in development, ADS has created a DG prototype tool using both our metadata experiences and best practices. We are using a prototype methodology as a way to evolve and ensure the tool matches today’s market needs, hence, we are seeking clients to collaborate with.
