Analyste was founded in March 2018 when Basware sold its payment and finance business. Thus Analyste 2.0 era has begun, and we can serve our customers and partners as an independent company again. The history of Analyste goes way back to the 80’s when we started offering payment services for the first time. In 2006 Analyste became a part of Basware, and under its the brand, we served our Finnish customers nearly 12 years. We have an established customer base that we have helped from the very beginning of the first Analyste, and we welcome new customers gladly. Payment services and related solutions are in the core of our business. Our product family includes Analyste Banking and CashForecast SaaS-services and licensed products Maksuliikenne and Finance cash planning. With these products, we offer fully automated payment services and cashmanagement for companies and organizations of all sizes. Almost 2000 organizations of different sizes in various industries are using our solutions. Our customers are big, international companies as well as service centers in the private and public sector. In addition to these, we have a wide selection of small and medium-sized customers, not forgetting our partner network. Our work community consists of about 50 professionals in the fields of economy and software professionals who are working with product development, consulting, customer support, sales, and marketing mainly in Espoo and Tampere. On 22 August 2018 Analyste Oy acquired Exidio Oy’s business and the entire share capital. Thanks to this acquisition we can now offer even more diverse services for the customers of both companies. The purchase also supports the growth strategy of Analyste. Exidio Oy will continue its operation as a sister company of Analyste and companies will serve customers together.
