An Talla Solais Information

An Talla Solais is a visual arts charity based in Ullapool in the Scottish Highlands. We exist to bring exceptional art into the community and to give everyone a chance to take part. Art should be for everybody. We have believed this since we opened our first exhibition in 2004, and it is the driving force behind everything we do. As a visual arts charity we offer classes and courses for beginners and artists alike. We provide studios, a kiln and workshop space and we show an exhilarating wealth of work. Admission to our exhibitions at our gallery is always free. Achieving all this can be a challenge since we don't receive any core funding. Instead we depend on people who share our belief that art makes life richer. You can show your support in a number of ways: join us as a member, donate your time or skills, donate or ask us about regular giving.
