Amtrada is a holding company based in Amsterdam with subsidiaries in Africa, Asia and South America active in worldwide procurement, marketing and distribution of cocoa, coffee and nuts. The group's history traces back to 1930, and currently consists of three divisions. The cocoa division under the brand of Continaf is a trader in cocoa beans and products serving all major global cocoa grinders and chocolate manufacturers. Its main sourcing origins are in Ghana, Ivory Coast, Nigeria and Cameroon. The coffee division under the brand of Nedcoffee is a trader in green coffee serving all major global roasters. Nedcoffee is mainly a Robusta trader with local presence in all of the major origins. Its main sourcing origins are in Vietnam, Indonesia, India, and Ivory Coast. Our specialties division Daarnhouwer offers a broad experience in the marketing and distribution of commodities and ingredients such as cocoa, green coffee, edible nuts and similar products. The widely experienced cocoa, coffee, and nut teams are in daily contact with origin suppliers, trading companies and industries, organizing and securing reliable flows of commodities to a wide range of clients.
