AMPF is a specialized advisory firm focused exclusively on Acquiring. We support Financial Institutions, Sponsor Banks, ISOs, PayFacs, FinTechs, and Merchants with strategic guidance, operational expertise, and regulatory insight that drives defensibility, scalability, and growth. We work directly with organizations—including FinTechs, Acquirers, and ISVs—to stand up their acquiring operations from the ground up. This includes guiding clients through BIN/ICA sponsorship setup, and building and implementing fully compliant Acquiring Frameworks tailored to their business model. Our engagement is end-to-end: we write the governing policies, design operational workflows, and develop the underlying procedures that bring those policies to life, with particular attention to BSA/AML program requirements and settlement & reconciliation. The goal is to leave clients not just with documentation but with a functioning, defensible compliance infrastructure that their teams can operate day to day. We are regularly engaged to build and execute remediation roadmaps that address regulatory deficiencies and consent orders, reinforcing governance, oversight, and compliance maturity. We help clients identify and operationalize key performance and key risk indicators, ensuring real-time oversight of underwriting, exposure, merchant behavior, and financial risk. We enable acquiring programs to stay nimble, compliant, and profitable—regardless of scale. AMPF brings deep experience in financial, operational, and compliance risk management. Our team builds foundational pricing models, optimizes interchange and cost structures, and establishes controls that support long-term commercial viability. We also advise on risk-adjusted underwriting models, ISO/agent program controls, and enterprise-wide risk management strategies—especially in high-risk and specialty verticals like gaming.
