Our mission at Pure Catering Brisbane is to provide the best possible catering services at affordable prices and provide our clients with a professional, unique experience.

We are committed to eliminating non-recyclable packaging materials. We deliver our food in reusable melamine platters, or china. We also supply environmentally friendly paper cups, plates and napkins. We have drafted a company policy which mandates that all client cancelled orders, unused product and food excess is to be donated to various departments within the City of Yarra to eliminate wastage. We are proud to have formed successful partnerships with INNERSPACE, as well as Flagstaff Crisis Centre. Our staff is dedicated to creating a more sustainable and eco-friendly business model. We are also excited to announce that we will be catering for the Sustain Expo & Organic Expo at the Royal Exhibition Building right here in Carlton!

Our menus include the freshest seasonal produce, and range from classic favourites to fine dining modern Australian cuisine. Our wine list has been curated to complement our seasonal menu.
