Our portfolio encompasses commercial and residential projects, including multi-family buildings, flex. offices, retail buildings, high-end custom residences, university dorms, soccer stadium and healthcare buildings. A specialty of ours is the design of multi-family buildings, both low-rise and mid-rise, utilizing a concrete podium at the first level to enable the ground spaces be utilized for retail rent, and designing the upper levels for residential units with wood or CFS framing.
