Of special interest is the importance of the role of 'Male Allyship for Women' in the advancement of women's careers. Reverse mentoring has proven to allow men to develop EQ around sub-conscious behavioral traits and an understanding of the commercial value of diverse teams. As a Former Managing Director at Société Générale and Citi , I have a demonstrated successful history of Management, Performance Sales and Leadership in the financial services industry with International experience working in US, London, Paris & The Netherlands and have significant experience in strategic and operational leadership, managing large teams, building diversity and responding to crises in a fast moving environment. I embrace change and strive to continually evolve, adding to my own skill sets, recently completing a certification at The Wharton School in 'Corporate Governance: Maximize your effectiveness in the Board room, and attending frequent workshops.
