All of which can be tailored to suit any block size, as well as the personal needs of our clients. Icon Homes is currently focusing its operations on three key areas throughout Sydney. The sale of House and Land packages has been prominent within Liverpool, the Camden Valley region and as of 2014, the Marsden Park precinct in North West Sydney. The second area is that of the Northern Beaches, where the Icon Homes Team is based. Efforts in the Northern Beaches have been focused on knock down rebuild projects, examples of which can be found in the appropriate section of the website. Ratcliffe Building Group has been operated by owner/director David Ratcliffe since its establishment in 1995. David personally managers each and every project, this ensures that when you build with Ratcliffe Building Group you receive the quality that we have built our reputation on. David is a qualified carpenter and registered builder who has constructed countless new homes, multi-unit developments, renovations and extensions. All the staff at Ratcliffe Building Group are trained in their area of expertise and are closely involved in each and every project we undertake. Our staff regularly undertake site visits to ensure they are best equipped with the knowledge to deal with our client's questions and needs.
