Leveraging his experience in working with customers in 50+ countries, Amit is currently mentoring Indian IT product and services organisations looking to break into global markets. He is a mentor at T-Hub (India’s leading start-up incubator) At Microsoft, Amit expanded the GD operations from India to China, Japan, Poland, Egypt, Jordan, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico and S Africa, and led the Western Europe Consulting Practice across 12 countries in Europe. As the Chief Operating Officer for Enterprise Service Delivery organization he managed the Operations, Planning, Partner management, Delivery Excellence, Methods and Tools, Resource Management and Global Mobility functions. He was responsible for Delivery Strategy and set up the Industry Delivery and the Global Program Management capability. He is Platinum Club and Circle of Excellence winner at Microsoft. Amit is on the panel of The Outstanding Speaker Bureau and an active speaker on Leadership and Building an Inclusive Culture, and has spoken at institutions worldwide including Harvard, IIMs, ISB and SP Jain. He has been a part of CII, and a member of the IT sub-committee of Govt. of India’s 12th Planning Commission.
