Aminovate is a young and innovative company, who aims to create a more sustainable food and feed system. We believe that everybody should have access to high quality food and sustainable proteins, without depleting the environment. Worldwide the agricultural industry is one of the biggest polluters, yet to feed the world our food production has to increase with 70% in the next thirty years. The need for sustainable production methods of food and feed is enormous. At Aminovate we work to identify the most wholesome ingredients and amino acids insects have to offer, so they can replace those food sources that deplete the environment.
