Amicomed is a fully automated digital therapeutic SaaS platform focused on cardiovascular health, beginning with the service to manage high blood pressure. The platform captures patient's blood pressure data from multiple sources (such as Home BP monitors, Apple Healthkit and more) and applies proprietary analytics to provide a progressive assessment of the blood pressure changes while providing patients with automated personalized lifestyle feedback via virtual coaching. Amicomed has demonstrated to effectively manage and reduce systolic blood pressure by between 5 and 20 mmHg, comparable to single chemical drug treatment. Amicomed can be deployed directly via the Amicomed Mobile app or offered to patients as part of any existing digital health platform by utilizing the APIs to capture the data and deliver the intelligence of the service. Physicians can also be connected and provided with a full view of blood pressure changes and an algorithm-driven stratification of their patients in order to streamline their workload, enabling more personalized management of patients regarding medication and lifestyle indications. As Amicomed is fully automated, it is highly scalable and enables a limitless number of patients to self-manage their blood pressure at a lower overall cost.
