amica24 is the new trading name for Worcestershire Telecare, part of Community Housing. We deliver our services to over 100 organisations including housing associations and local authorities, and around 25,000 customers across the UK. We have been providing telecare services across the UK for over 30 years and are proud of our reputation for providing excellent customer services and efficient, quality processes for our service users and corporate customers. We are accredited to the Telecare Services Association (TSA) and have achieved the Quality Standards Framework for Technology Enabled Care Service Providers.
