Amica the Polish brand of white goods introduced to the UK in 2006, is rolling out a new partnership concept in transparent product servicing that is designed to offer retailers tangible improvements on the current market norm and at the same time provide consumers with the superior service levels enjoyed when buying from their local independent retailer. A new Amica Service Centre has been established in Kilmarnock, Scotland, which operates alongside a motivated network of service-sellers; engineers and technical retailers that provide servicing via their own engineers and/or a trusted nominated sub contractor. The new Amica Service network, which covers England, Scotland and Wales, comprises professional appliance retailers or engineers who will retain control over the quality of servicing along with the added bonus of advantageous call-out rates from Amica.
