Since 1998, Amherst Fund has provided capital to privately held Midwestern companies across many sectors. We are a closely held, closely capitalized fund with no outside or institutional investors. With any investment we make, the Amherst Fund team seeks to contribute more to the operating company than just financial capital. We invest only when we can partner with a management team to purposefully set and diligently execute a strategy that makes the most of market trends - for the good of the company and all its stakeholders. Managers at Amherst work closely with an advisory team of experienced, seasoned professionals and managers from a variety of disciplines. This team participates in evaluating, structuring, managing, strategizing, and exiting our investment opportunities.
