Amex Corporation is a family-owned property development company based in Perth, Western Australia. The company has its roots in the property industry as far back as 1971 when David Shephard began building homes and doing small developments in Perth. Current projects include Providence Ripley (QLD), Torquay (VIC), Sunrise at Wellard (WA), Tuart Ridge Baldivis (WA) and a master-planned community due to launch in Bullsbrook in 2018 (WA).
