Flowers, DC is a Portland, Oregon native and has been serving patients in the Irvington and the Metro Portland area for over 30 years. Dr. Flowers is a graduate of Grant HS and was a standout athlete in Varsity Basketball contributing to the 1969 Grant HS Basketball State championship his senior year. He was a standout on the Basketball team at Washington State University and earned a B.A. in 1974 followed by a M.Ed in 1975 from Western Washington University. In 1985 he graduated from Western States Chiropractic College earning a Doctorate of Chiropractic and as well as a Diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
