Due to our decades of experience, we have the expertise to bring cost-effective, flexible solutions to a wide range of clients of all sizes, from public and private sector plan sponsors to TPAs and business partners. We currently administer health plans for groups headquartered in 20 states and serve plan members in all 50 states. We have 290,000 TPA members and provide customized administrative services for 535,000 members within our partner relationships. Customer service, collaboration, and responsiveness are key to everything we do. Because of this, we don't outsource core administrative services, such as claim processing, eligibility processing, and customer service.
