American Transplant Foundation Information

The American Transplant Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides, educational, emotional, and financial support to living organ donors, transplant recipients, and their families. What makes our organization unique is that we go beyond awareness by providing real help to patients who need it the most. Unlike other organizations, our focus is not limited to one specific organ and we go beyond the realm of raising awareness by proactively engaging with policy issues and fighting for legislative changes. We are fighting to improve policy in order to eliminate the gap between the supply and demand for organ donation. Join us and be part of the community fighting for the lives of those on the transplant wait list by signing up to volunteer, participating in one of our events, or applying for an internship.
