The processes our billing services cover include coding, insurance billing, and self-pay follow-up. Our collections department works diligently to establish contact and create and maintain payment plans with consumers that are delinquent on their bills. Our company utilizes a highly respectful approach to collections. We always aim to work hand-in-hand with the consumers to get the bills squared away as soon as possible. We also report to the major credit bureaus, and we have an in house legal team to pursue the more difficult accounts.
