Ament Klauer LLP Information

Robert Ament and David Ament established the law firm of Ament Law Firm LLC in 1981 and have been at 39 Town Hall Square in Falmouth, MA ever since. The firm now consists of one attorney and two support staff specializing in the zoning, development, purchase and sale, title examination, mortgage financing, and closing of commercial and residential real estate in Falmouth, Cape Cod, and the Islands, as well as the estate planning and personal legal needs of our clients. Robert Ament (al be) is a graduate of Wesleyan University (B.A. 1970) and the University of Pennsylvania Law School (J.D. 1973). He is admitted to practice in the Massachusetts state and federal courts and works with clients primarily in the zoning and permitting process for real estate in Falmouth and on Cape Cod. Kevin P. Klauer II (Email Kevin) is a native of Cape Cod and a graduate of the University of New Hampshire (Cum Laude) and Suffolk University Law School. He is experienced in estate planning, probate administration and representation of Buyers, Borrowers and Sellers regarding the sale, purchase and refinance of residential real estate. He is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Cape Cod, and he is an approved counsel for First American Title Insurance Company and Stewart Title Guaranty Company. Gabriele Bruce (ma Gl) and Anna L. Pellegrini ( Email Anna) are each experienced members of the firm and are usually the first to respond to a call into our office.
