Ameliot applies user-centred design methods to help organisations build better products, services and experiences that best meet customers’ needs and enhance business performance. We combines research, design and strategy to understand the social, cognitive and emotional intricacies of human interaction with products and services, and to make solutions that create meaningful change. In addition to user experience design, we also support organisations in successfully implementing policies, procedures and processes for different types of ISO certifications, including medical devices and software. To expand our skills set, we frequently engage with our strategic partners who bring software build and test expertise, as well as visual design capabilities to our projects.
