With more than 200 machines, we offer high precision turning technologies up Ø50 mm diameter: - Swiss CAM Lathes Single Spindle up to Ø 10mm, - Secondary complex operations on Rotary Transfer Machines 8-13 stations, - CNC single spindle up to 32 mm - Multi-spindle CAM and CNC turning technology up to Ø 20 mm and Ø 50 mm. - 100% Vision automatic inspection Machining of all kind of materials: carbon steel, stainless steel, copper alloys, brass, aluminum, Inconel… Plus, we offer added value services: - Manual and automatic assembly operations - Tribo-finishing and sand blasting - Heat treatment – Hardening or Zone annealing - Coating & Surface treatment ( Nickel, Silver, Gold & flash gold plating).
