Ambrecht & Associates is a boutique law firm in the Montecito area of Santa Barbara, California, founded in 1980 by tax and estates and trusts attorney John W. Ambrecht. Ambrecht & Associates protects family wealth and minimizes family conflict by combining estate, business and property tax planning with asset transition and succession strategies for family businesses.
