Ambra Liqueurs was founded in 1998 by Italian born, Libero De Luca. He owned many successful restaurants in his 40 years in business and during this time noticed the popularity of Italian Liqueurs, and decided to introduce these liqueurs into Australia. Using his Italian heritage and old family recipes his dream became a reality. Ambra Liqueurs make many wonderful aperitifs; which are great for summer cocktails, mixed with Champagne or sparkling wines, or poured over ice cream as a delicious dessert. Ambra is mostly known in Australia for its Limoncello. The new owners Nando and Peppe have continued this passion for Italian Liqueurs. They both wish to also follow their traditional heritage and continue to develop new liqueurs.
